Caring for your Collection is an exhibition, collection management and advisory service run by Emeline Winston and Sian Flynn with their associates.

We offer a broad range of services to museums, collectors and foundations for the care and active management of their collections.

As collections develop and increase in size, value and complexity, so do the responsibilities and time required to manage and protect them. We offer a package of skills typically undertaken by curators, exhibition specialists and registrars with a strong understanding of the international museum and exhibition field. With years of experience of working in world-renowned museums and galleries, the team at Caring for your Collection undertakes this work with sensitivity, imagination and meticulous attention to detail.

Our service is seamless, collaborative and discreet. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance: protecting your assets and anonymity is a priority.

Beyond our own individual skills and expertise we also maintain an international network of other collection and heritage specialists and scholars. Whatever you require, our flexible approach and dedication to finding creative and professional solutions will enable us to address your needs.

We are experienced in working with all types of art from old master paintings and drawings to contemporary art and installations, from large-scale sculptures and miniatures to jewellery and ceramics.

We take on projects of varying scales as required and no piece of work is too small. We can help with tasks that are:

Advisory: acting as your representative to liaise with museums and galleries throughout the
UK and internationally to negotiate loans, conditions of loan and relevant contracts

We are able offer a number of fee structures to suit your requirements, including:

an hourly or daily rate
a one-off fee for specific projects
an annual fee for a retained service
